El lector encontrará los últimos trabajos de autores pioneros (tanto internacionales como nacionales) con amplio recorrido histórico en prácticas centradas en la familia y en entornos naturales, que en su momento impulsaron los procesos de transformación en sus respectivos países y que hoy escriben para estudiantes y profesionales con el propósito de guiarles en su proceso. Indudablemente, también los profesionales han sido invitados a participar en la obra, con el fin de que puedan «andamiar» el proceso de construcción de otros profesionales. Desde nuestra mirada, era necesario contribuir a estos procesos de transformación con un libro, pensamos esperado y necesario, publicado en castellano, dirigido a estudiantes, académicos y profesionales.
