We have noticed a lack of representation for BAME people in creative spaces and want to showcase their talent and ability. As the editors we have striven to curate a platform that reflects these aims. Being Black in the UK comes as the first issue of this magazine and whilst we are apprehensive, we are confident in our work and want to thank everyone who contributed such moving pieces.
