Greet One Another The righteousness of God is transparent and it is different from the righteousness of human beings. God`s righteousness is revealed in the gospel of the water and the Spirit, which was completed by the baptism of Jesus by John and His blood on the Cross. We must return to the faith in God`s righteousness before it is too late. Do you know why Jesus had to be baptized by John the Baptist? If John hadn`t baptized Jesus, our sins wouldn`t have been passed onto Him. John the Baptist was the greatest man of all, and the baptism that he gave to Jesus was the absolute requirement for God to pass our sins away from us and onto Jesus. Jesus was baptized to bear all the sins of the world on His shoulder, and bled on the Cross to pay their whole wages. All these things have completely changed my past understanding of what it is to be born again, when I knew only of the blood on the Cross. God has now taught you what His righteousness is so that we may fully know and believe in His righteousness. I thank the Lord for all these blessings. The New Life Mission https://www.bjnewlife.org

Present Your Members as Instruments of Righteousness (Romans 6:12-19) The gospel of the water and the Spirit is God`s righteousness! The words in this book will satisfy the thirst in your heart. Today`s Christians continue to live while not knowing the true solution to the actual sins that they are committing daily. Do you know what God`s righteousness is? I hope that you will ask yourself this question and believe in God`s righteousness, which is revealed in this book. God`s righteousness has been with the gospel of the water and the Spirit. However, like a precious treasure, it has been kept hidden from the eyes of religious followers for a long time. As a result, many people came to rely on and boast of their own righteousness instead of believing in God`s righteousness. Therefore, Christian doctrines that don`t even make sense came to be dominant beliefs in the hearts of believers, as if these doctrines contained God`s righteousness. The Doctrines of Predestination, Justification, and Incremental Sanctification are the major Christian doctrines, which brought confusion and emptiness into the souls of believers. But now, many Christians should newly come to know God, learn about His righteousness and continue in the assured faith. "Our Lord who becomes the righteousness of God" will provide your soul with a great understanding and lead it to peace. The author wants you to possess the blessing of knowing God`s righteousness. May God`s blessing be with you! The New Life Mission https://www.bjnewlife.org

Book excerpt: A profound exploration of how to hold on to hope when our unchanging faith collides with a changing culture, from two respected Christian storytellers and thought leaders. “Offers neither spin control nor image maintenance for the evangelical tribe, but genuine hope.”—Russell Moore, president of ERLC As the pressures of health warnings, economic turmoil, and partisan politics continue to rise, the influence of gospel-focused Christians seems to be waning. In the public square and popular opinion, we are losing our voice right when it’s needed most for Christ’s glory and the common good. But there’s another story unfolding too—if you know where to look. In Gospelbound, Collin Hansen and Sarah Eekhoff Zylstra counter these growing fears with a robust message of resolute hope for anyone hungry for good news. Join them in exploring profound stories of Christians who are quietly changing the world in the name of Jesus—from the wild world of digital media to the stories of ancient saints and unsung contemporary activists on the frontiers of justice and mercy. Discover how, in these dark times, the light of Jesus shines even brighter. You haven’t heard the whole story. And that’s good news.

Book Disciples Literal New Testament

Download or read book Disciples Literal New Testament written by Michael Magill and published by Reyma Publishing. This book was released on 2011 with total page 476 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: If You Love God's Word You Will Love This New Testament! The Disciples' Literal New Testament sets you free from our artificial 460 year old chapter and verse structure, replacing it with paragraphing that reflects the flow of thought in the original Greek writings. Paragraph headings make that flow of thought explicit to you, speeding your understanding of the NT books. This translation retains the writing style of the apostles themselves, rather than transforming their Greek ways of writing into an elegant or contemporary English writing style, as has been beautifully done so many times. It is the same translation as the author's New Testament TransLine, first published by Zondervan in 2002. Now you can read the New Testament as the original writers intended it, and see it with a clarity formerly available only to those who could carefully study their Greek New Testament. You can even see the difference in writing style between Matthew, Mark and Luke! Used along with your standard Bible version, you will profit from both methods of translation. *Easily grasp the relationship of the whole and the parts of each book with the big-picture overview outlines that use the words of the original author. *Gain quick insight into the flow of thought from descriptive paragraph headings that summarize the main point of each paragraph in its context. *You can visually follow the apostles' thinking because the 'Intelligent Paragraphing' visually displays their main and subordinate thoughts. *The hindrance to your understanding caused by our artificial chapter and verse structure is eliminated by paragraphing based on the Greek writings. *You will more fully appreciate the minds and thinking patterns and intent of the original writers because the translation corresponds more closely to their words and their grammar and their sentence structure. *Deepen and expand your understanding of the New Testament by meditating on the notes containing alternative renderings, explanations of what is being said, and different views of the meaning.

Book excerpt: In this important study Hays argues against the mainstream that any attempt to account for the nature and method of Paul's theological language must first reckon with the centrality of narrative elements in his thought. Through an in-depth investigation of Galatians 3:1-4:11, Hays shows that the framework of Paul's thought is neither a system of doctrines nor his personal religious experience but the "sacred story" of Jesus Christ.

Book Counted Righteous in Christ

Download or read book Counted Righteous in Christ written by John Piper and published by Crossway. This book was released on 2002-11-15 with total page 146 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Are Christians merely forgiven, or do they possess the righteousness of Christ? Recently the time-honored understanding of the doctrine of justification has come under attack. Many question how-or if-we receive the full righteousness of Christ. Martin Luther said that if we understand justification "we are in the clearest light; if we do not know it, we dwell in the densest darkness." And now, in this new and important book, John Piper accepts Luther's challenge. He points out that we need to see ourselves as having been recipients of the imputation of Christ's righteousness and therefore enjoy full acceptance with God and the everlasting inheritance of life and joy. Piper writes as both a pastor and a scholar. His pastor's heart is shown in his zeal for the welfare of the church. His careful scholarship is evident in each explanation and undergirds each conclusion.

Isn’t it true—we really don’t know someone until we understand what makes that person happy? And so it is with God! What does bring delight to the happiest Being in the universe? John Piper writes, that it’s only when we know what makes God glad that we’ll know the greatness of His glory. Therefore, we must comprehend “the pleasures of God.” Unlike so much of what is written today, this is not a book about us. It is about the One we were made for—God Himself. In this theological masterpiece—chosen by World Magazine as one of the 20th Century’s top 100 books, John Piper reveals the biblical evidence to help us see and savor what the pleasures of God show us about Him. Then we will be able to drink deeply—and satisfyingly—from the only well that offers living water. What followers of Jesus need now, more than anything else, is to know and love—behold and embrace—the great, glorious, sovereign, happy God of the Bible. “This is a unique and precious book that everybody should read more than once.” —J.I. PACKER, Regent College, Vancouver, British Columbia

And we get caught up in the unforgiving treadmill of self-imposed rules, believing that we should, we need to, we must. The result? Anger, frustration, and anxiety that keep us far away from the life of peace that Jesus promised. For years, Sandra McCollom lived in this trap. Finally worn out from striving for perfection but constantly feeling like a failure, one day she prayed in desperation, begging God for help. God answered Sandra by setting her on a life-changing journey to discover the riches of His grace. In I Tried Until I Almost Died, Sandra shares how she left behind her burden of anxiety and fear and shows you how to experience for yourself the freedom of trusting solely in the perfecting power of God’s grace.

Download or read book Spirit Life written by Vincent Boateng and published by Lulu.com. This book was released on 2017-09-25 with total page 684 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Many Christians today are asking: "What does it mean to live and walk in the Spirit, and how do I live by walking in the Spirit as instructed by the Bible? How do I, BY THE SPIRIT, put to death the deeds of the body, so that I will LIVE, and not DIE?" This is an urgent question; it demands an immediate answer, because it is a matter of LIFE and DEATH. And yet, there is no major book until now that authoritatively and definitively offers a practical, Scriptural answer. "Spirit Life" is the first book to present the Christian's walk in the Spirit as an all-encompassing lifestyle that comprises walking in love, walking by faith and not by sight, walking in the Word of God or in the truth, walking in the light, walking in newness of life, and walking in Christ. It also offers practical advice and guidance on how to accomplish each.
