Como osteópatas necesitamos volver a ese nivel de comprensión de la estructura del cuerpo humano, dejar de lado la visión del médico y la medicina del porqué de la enfermedad, dejar de lado por un momento sus complicados nombres, que no consiguen otra cosa que desviarnos, despistarnos de cuál es la misión del osteópata cuando trabaja el cuerpo con sus manos. Luego, una vez conseguido eso, hemos hecho un “cambio” en nuestra mente, hemos aprendido a “pensar osteopatía”, y es entonces, cuando podemos aceptar o no el nombre que le puso la medicina con sus infinitas variantes, pero no nos desviemos de nuestro concepto sin el cual, nos ahogamos en el mar de la medicina actual, que solo analiza efectos y les da unos nombres cada vez más complicados.
