Una vez decidimos que t�cnica aplicar (rotuladores, l�pices, ceras, acuarelas, etc.), nos detendremos delante del dibujo en blanco unos minutos llen�ndolo de color con nuestra mente.Es aconsejable que dejemos fluir nuestro sentimientos y estado de �nimo a la hora de elegir los colores, de esta manera nos aseguramos que el resultado final proceda de nuestro subconsciente. 4.- Coloreamos el mandala. Empezamos a pintar el mandala sin pensar en otra cosa que no sea el movimiento de nuestra mano.Si queremos mostrar como nos sentimos, empezamos a pintar de dentro hacia afuera. Si lo que pretendemos es concentrarnos, lo haremos de los bordes hacia adentro. 5.- Auto-reflexi�n al finalizar. Es importante dedicarle unos minutos a contemplar nuestro dibujo terminado para que el mandala nos transmita su energia y belleza.Con todas estas observaciones podemos apreciar que pintar mandalas es un camino hacia el autoconocimiento y el bienestar.
