That is when plant life evolved along with animal life. And that is how the surface of the earth was covered with lush fruitful vegetation, which flourished and evolved in different climates. As time went by, climatic changes also changed the nature and the appearance of these plants. From multicelled algae and fungi, they became huge multicelled giant trees, like the Sequoia, which are remnants of those glorious days of giant Green trees gone by. And soon man found out that trees were very useful to give him shelter, to give him food, and to provide him with essential fruit, leaves, and seeds to supplement his diet. That was because he was imitating the animals around him. They nibbled at leaves, he did the same thing. Sometimes he ended up with a tummy ache. Sometimes the animals ended up sick while he was left hale and hearty. But down the ages, and through lots of trial and error, he found out that every single plant out there could be put into use, even those plants we consider weeds today. The mythological and historical hanging Gardens of Babylon, which were supposed to have been built by Nebuchadnezzar, but in actuality were built by Sennacherib in Nineveh, Assyria, about 300 km away from Babylon. These were lush with green trees from all over the world. And historians who are not really bothered about historic authenticity and the names of kings, did not bother much about the locality or the creator of one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. First-hand accounts of that time were not available, and when Babylon conquered Assyria, they called it the new Babylon. And so centuries later historians wrote about the wonders of marvelous trees and green vegetation, growing in Babylon. So that is the reason why since ancient times, trees, especially fruit trees have been an important part of cultured and civilized landscaping. They were and are planted in gardens for the pleasure of the general public or for your own private enjoyment. You can grow one kind of fruit or another in almost any garden. Even the smallest garden can produce apples and strawberries. If you have plenty of land you are lucky because you have the space to allow your trees to spread their wings and flourish.

Book excerpt: The Complete Guide To Growing Fruits IndoorsI want to thank you and congratulate you for downloading the book, “Growing Fruit Indoors”. This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to grow fruit trees or plants indoors. These tips and tricks are my own because gardening is my hobby and I have been growing small to huge plants and trees for years. So, I am just transferring what I learnt during my entire journey and I'm hopeful that my experience would help you a lot in becoming a successful house-farmer (A term I am entitled with nowadays). In the beginning, I did many mistakes in growing, caring and watering my baby trees; but nothing to worry about, the more mistakes I made, the more I learnt from them. Once, I overwatered my baby tree in the frosty winter, the plant was dead soon and I was like nowhere. It was the most expensive and precious fruit-bearing pomegranate which I acquired through a friend. I had a lot of expectations from it. I wanted to enjoy my own pomegranate, make a salad out of it, experience touching its delicate flowers….all was spoiled. However, I did not lose hope and learnt from it. In short, I want to spread the word to you regarding it, enjoy the book, try the tips and eat fruits while missing me. Thanks again for downloading this book, I hope you enjoy it! Book How to Grow Fruit Trees Beginners Guide

Download or read book How to Grow Fruit Trees Beginners Guide written by Tavio Xander and published by Independently Published. This book was released on 2023-11-15 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: How to Grow Fruit Trees Beginners Guide At the core of the decision to grow fruit trees lies a profound connection with the natural world. The act of cultivating fruit trees transcends the boundaries of mere agricultural practice; it is a conscious choice to nurture and sustain life. Fruit trees provide a tangible link to the cycles of nature, reminding us of the seasons, the passage of time, and the interconnectedness of all living things. Beyond the poetic beauty of this connection, there are practical reasons that make growing fruit trees a compelling endeavor. First and foremost, growing fruit trees allows individuals to take control of their food sources. In a world where commercial produce often travels great distances, subjected to various forms of processing and preservation, cultivating one's fruit ensures access to fresh, organic, and nutritionally rich produce. This not only promotes a healthier lifestyle but also contributes to reducing one's carbon footprint. Furthermore, fruit trees offer a sustainable solution to the perennial challenge of food security. They can be cultivated in a backyard, a community garden, or even on a small balcony, making them accessible to individuals regardless of the size of their living space. The self-sufficiency that comes with growing fruit trees empowers individuals to contribute to their local food systems, fostering resilience and reducing dependence on external sources. The aesthetic appeal of fruit trees also plays a pivotal role in their cultivation. Beyond their practical utility, fruit trees add a touch of natural beauty to any landscape. The blossoms in spring, the verdant foliage in summer, and the vibrant hues of ripening fruit in autumn create a visually pleasing and dynamic environment. This aesthetic dimension not only enhances the quality of living spaces but also nourishes the soul, providing a sense of tranquility and connectedness. TO CONTINUE READING, GRAB YOUR COPY NOW!!!
