This law requires the Office of Energy and Planning (OEP) to undertake the following work related to the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee (SEC): a study of the site evaluation committee's organization, structure, and process; and a public stakeholder process to consider regulatory criteria for the siting of energy facilities.
