Book Treatment Strategy for Unexplained Infertility and Recurrent Miscarriage

Download or read book Treatment Strategy for Unexplained Infertility and Recurrent Miscarriage written by Keiji Kuroda and published by Springer. This book was released on 2019-02-11 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book offers a highly informative guide to treating unexplained infertility and recurrent miscarriage (RM). In particular, it provides detailed treatment strategies for infertility or RM derived from uterine circumstance such as chronic endometritis and perturbation of endometrial decidualization, as well as maternal immunological rejection of an embryo as semi-allograft. Unexplained infertility refers to those types that cannot be detected by the general screening test. The causes are sometimes detected in the course of treatment with assisted reproductive technology including IVF. However, some unexplained infertility is intractable even after intracytoplasmic sperm injection or repeated implantation of morphologically suitable embryos. Patients with unexplained RM also have a high likelihood of undetectable risk factors of miscarriage. As a result, gynecologists often repeatedly provide these couples with general treatments for infertility and miscarriage or even discontinue treatment because they cannot detect the reason, which places serious financial, physical and mental burdens on the couples affected. This book offers gynecologists essential insights into the pathological condition of unexplained infertility and RM, equipping them to identify it, explain it to patients, and consider further examinations and more aggressive fertility treatments.

Book The Barren Cry

Download or read book The Barren Cry written by Whitney Henneman and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2020-06-22 with total page 94 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Just as Hannah pleaded with the Lord for her son Samuel in 1 Samuel 1:10, so this devotional is a focused journey of faith and intentional prayer on behalf of our deepest longings for a child. Each day in this three-week journey encapsulates what I have processed and learned through my season of barrenness in regards to my understanding of God amidst the greatest suffering I have known. For those who thirst for answers in the wilderness of waiting and long to hear from Him, this book is a practical guide to help strengthen your resolve under the load you bear. In my darkest moments of despair during our infertility battle and my husbands’ health crisis, we decided to do a 21-day fasting/prayer challenge. “It wasn’t easy” is an understatement. In fact, the increasing spiritual oppression we felt was staggering. But guess what? The Lord showed up. Not immediately, as it was months later we heard from Him; but we ultimately experienced Him profoundly! So I’m challenging you today: commit to praying to the Lord for 21 days for your innermost yearnings for motherhood and healing. I think you will be blown away by the power you hold in asking and in the graciousness of our Father in answering you. Hannah’s barren cry is what moved the heart of God. So of you, your barren cry is not powerless—it is powerful! I dare you to faithfully impress your requests upon the heart of God and not encounter an experience of life changing proportions.
