A través de sus 26 Temas, agrupados en 8 Bloques principales, al final de los cuales el lector cuenta con test de autoevaluación para consolidar lo aprendido, y con el apoyo visual más de 200 fotografías o ilustraciones, aspira a convertirse en la introducción perfecta para todos aquellos ajenos o recién llegados al mundo de los incendios forestales.
