Para ayudar el lector, esta traducción intenta usar cada palabra en un solo significado. Así esta traducción beneficia nuevos lectores, personas como los sordos para quienes el español es su segunda lengua y personas con poca educación formal. Estos ajustes (y otros) hechos al texto han producido una Biblia que muchas personas entienden mejor que las traducciones de la Biblia tradicionales. Como dijo un lector sordo, "¡Finalmente una Biblia que yo puedo entender!" El texto es tan claro que aún muchos lectores con excelente español prefieren "La Biblia en Español Fácil."
