(365 Days of Learning) on a snowy day in Canada, during a ride from a leadership retreat to the Toronto airport, heading home to Chicago. I made a daily commitment. I made a promise: every day for a year, I would learn something new, and would share it with the organization through our internal social media channel. This journal is now a vessel for you to do the same. Your daily learning moment can be just a few minutes long or if inspired, a few hours.
