En vue d'améliorer le suivi de ces patients, la création d'un nouvel outil est né : Le CASIC. Le CASIC est-il un outil d'amélioration du parcours de soin des patients insuffisants cardiaques suivi en ambulatoire dans le NPDC selon les cardiologues ? Méthode : Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative auprès de cardiologues. Onze entretiens semi dirigés ont été réalisés sur le territoire du NPDC. La retranscription ad integrum et double codage des entretiens ont permis une triangulation des données. Résultats : Les cardiologues font le constat d'une nécessité de l'amélioration de la coordination des soins des patients IC. Les principales problématiques soulevées sont le manque de lien lors du relai ville-hôpital, les séjours hospitaliers de plus en plus courts ne permettant pas d'avoir assez de recul sur les thérapeutiques introduites. Le CASIC a reçu un accueil plutôt favorable par les cardiologues. Ils ont proposé des améliorations de l'outil comme faire figurer l'ordonnance détaillée avec les motifs de changements thérapeutiques et également les principaux résultats biologiques mais aussi, permettre aux intervenants de laisser des transmissions et de pouvoir interagir avec le CASIC. Le format proposé par les cardiologues était une version papier, du fait d'une patientèle âgée, mais il serait intéressant d'en faire une version informatisée à l'avenir. Enfin, le CASIC doit être simple, facile d'utilisation, personnalisé au patient et à ses attentes et inclure absolument les aidants dans les intervenants. Conclusion : Le CASIC est un projet qui selon les cardiologues pourrait améliorer le parcours de soins des patients IC. Plusieurs paramètres seront à prendre en compte au moment de la mise en place de l'outil afin d'optimiser son fonctionnement.
