Al mismo tiempo, se indaga como problematica especifica cuales podrian ser los mecanismos para afianzar la imagen corporativa del Hospicio de huerfanos San Jose de Costa Rica, para el estudio de caso se considero oportuno realizar una investigacion cualitativa y cuantitativa. Como fuente de datos primarios se utilizo tecnicas de observacion directa, entrevistas semi - estructuradas y encuestas. En el presente trabajo, se analizo en profundidad una ONG, el motivo de la seleccion de este organismo fue que su realidad es aplicable y transferible a todas las demas organizaciones no gubernamentales de la region. Finalmente, la suma de las fuentes primarias y secundarias ha permitido disenar una propuesta que enfatiza ciertas estrategias para realzar la imagen corporativa de la organizacion.
