L'allontanamento seppur temporaneo dall'ambiente mobbizzante porta il lavoratore mobbizzato a rendersi conto che egli non è affatto ciò che gli altri gli hanno voluto far credere, e che semmai, a questi devono essere addebitate le responsabilità del proprio fallimento professionale.
