Parce qu’on m’interpelle comme personne, parce qu’on fait appel à mon intelligence, je consens au changement de manière éclairée et raisonnable. Le fait de prendre conscience des phénomènes du temps et du pouvoir dans l’action et de les mobiliser pour une gestion démocratique du changement, offre des leviers de coordination et de concertation inédits, mais non sans implications pour les gestionnaires. Sur la base de notre expérience, la partie théorique de cet ouvrage est complétée par un examen des principes managériaux nécessaires à une approche démocratique du changement, au bénéfice des gestionnaires désireux de mettre ces idées en place dans leur organisation.
