Und hat die Kritik in jenem Hauptpunkte geirrt, so ist es ihr Verdienst, dass sie auch im Einzelnen fehl ging. So wird durch die Verbindung beider Interessen die Metakritik allmählich leicht und gewinnt Bestätigung. Endlich aber darf eine Erwägung nicht verschwiegen blei ben, welche mich bei dieser ganzen Arbeit beruhigt und ge hoben hat: sie wird auch dem Leser ein günstiges Vorurtheil für die Sache, welche hier vertreten wird, erwecken.
