In kritischer Auseinandersetzung mit dieser gängigen Interpretation macht sich Hardy Neumann zur Aufgabe, Kants Äußerungen zum Seinsbegriff nicht nur negativ, sondern positiv-konstruktiv zu lesen und deren Auswirkungen auf Kants Ontologie überhaupt systematisch zu untersuchen.
