In Volume VI Skinner only communicated with those Light Beings (positive Aliens and Angels) that had been involved in his personal experiences with Dark Aliens and Other Dark Entities in the unseen world. The responses of Light Beings in Skinner's dialogue will provide information that some humans will find of value in truly understanding life here on Earth and in the unseen World of Spirit. In addition, the communications may help provide more understanding of where humans come from before life on Earth, and where the soul returns to after life on Earth. Skinner will also remind that communicating with Light Beings as a human is only impossible if the human thinks it is impossible. In Volume VII, Edward Skinner writes of incarnations his soul has lived in this reality known as Earth. Skinner literally interviews some of his past lives on Earth about their living conditions, their hopes, and their dreams as well as the culture they lived in at the time. The lives are presented in the order they were recalled, and are a representative sample of lives on Earth. The presentation does not represent a progression of his soul. From his calculations, Skinner believes he has lived more than seventy-eight incarnations on Earth prior to his current life and will live more incarnations on Earth after this current life is over. An interview with a future life is included in this presentation. Although not included in this work, Skinner would like to point out to the reader that much of our experiences as a human are predestined or predetermined before we are even born. Humans may want to reconsider their current perspectives about any Law of Karma that life must abide by. Also, it should be noted that the possibilities of living simultaneous lives on Earth at once and/or living multi-dimensional lives at once are veryreal possibilities for humans living on Earth during any time period. He personally believes that the Earth will experience some very severe natural disasters in the next 100 years, but these disasters will not be of the severity that caused the demise of the three ancient civilizations that he inquired about. He also does not believe these disasters will bring about Earth Changes that resulted in the maps of the Earth's future which were published near the end of the last century. Skinner would remind all humans that people are born into the world with the abilities to handle the times that they will be living in on Earth. Also, Skinner reminds the reader that historically, mankind has been slow to change. Usually, mankind has to be somewhat desperate in order to change or he truly becomes aware of some new possibilities on Earth that he decides he just cannot live without. Changes in mankind's consciousnesses are expected to be slow coming, while changes in technological and environmental achievements are expected to come quickly for mankind on Earth.

The Light is an ethereal energy source in existence and is the human's Divine gift from God. By calling on the Light a human abduction target may get harassed some by the Zetas but generally will not be abducted. The Zetas retreat from the Light and that is where the human being begins to take up for himself or herself until they are "strong enough" to mentally tune the Zetas out when they are around. The Light is in every human and each human is connected to it in its other-dimensional unseen (unless you have psychic abilities) world as he or she chooses. Skinner reminds us there are many positive Worlds of Goodness (both angels and positive aliens) that will provide constructive support for the human race in our progression here on Earth. Most aliens (Skinner has had interaction with many different alien groups as well as angelic beings) operate in a fourth-dimensional reality unless they want to be seen by humans in our three-dimensional reality. In the earlier volumes to Interpersonal, Interdimensional, Intergalactic, Skinner introduced us to the negative aliens on our planet. In the later volumes, Skinner focuses on the positive aliens and other entities impacting Earth's reality. Throughout his series of Interpersonal, Interdimensional, Intergalactic, Skinner reminds the reader that "The Light" is one constructive way to respond to the alien Dark Ones from the Sky and their attempts to harass and abduct human beings. Skinner further suggests that once human beings have mastered the use of "The Light" in responding to uninvited attempts on them from the Dark Ones in the Sky, or the Brothers of Darkness on the ground, or Lucifer, a dark leader, human beings could also work on a "Be Neutral" approach to darkness' distortion attempts on them. The latter "Be Neutral" approach is not easy for human beings given the human reality of the positive and the negative. However with time and effort, human beings could learn how to tune all the Dark Ones out when they try to impact them. Again, Skinner says to master the use of "The Light" first, before trying the "Be Neutral" approach, so the human will have something to fall back on if he or she has trouble with the "Be Neutral" approach in dealing with dark aliens and other dark entities. As said, Skinner believes the positive, alien Pleiadians (humans call them aliens, but they are much more than that) are highly evolved entities who impact human life on Earth with the positive the most. The negative, alien Zetas are highly evolved entities as well, and they impact human life on Earth with the negative the most. The latter bring distortions, manipulations, and alien abductions to the human reality of Earth. The former bring support with "The Light" to humans fighting off the distortions and abductions from the Dark Ones, along with other positive energies to planet Earth.
