Se dispuso de una jornada para presentar las principales fortalezas de los países oferentes (Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, México y Perú), seguida de una jornada de reuniones bilaterales entre países demandantes (Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay y República Dominicana) y oferentes, a través de las cuales se establecieron compromisos de cooperación y posibles mecanismos para facilitar las acciones identificadas.
