This research study analyses the impact of training on the employee performance of Eastern Condiments Private Limited. A convenience sampling technique and a structured questionnaire were used in the data collection. The research used a correlation technique to analyse the relationship between the two variables, Training and Employee Performance. There was clear evidence that training programs in the organisation are positively related to employee performance.

Data was collected through an administered questionnaire with a sample of 46 respondents selected randomly from five companies: Sohar Aluminum, Stomo Company, Suhail Bahwan Group (Holding) LLC, Ooredoo Company, and Oman Formaldehyde Chemical Company.The findings show the success of the training program on improving the employee's abilities, skills, productivity, efficiency. The results also showed that respondents agree with the relevance of the training program to the nature of their work.The study also showed the employees' views on company attitudes towards training programs. The respondents confirmed that their companies believe that training is the best way to convey new skills to employees. Additionally, their companies have a clear policy for training shown by implementing a proper mechanism for adjustment, review, and evaluation of all training programs. To sum up, the study recommended that the firm should provide an adequate working environment to ensure that workers have high levels of commitment.

Based on the survey method, the study collected the data through a structured questionnaire administered from February to March of 2018 on a sample of 112 employees (hierarchical strata of junior and assistants, and junior officers) drawn from a population of 185 through a random, stratified sampling method. Using descriptive statistics and regression analysis, the study discovered a statistically significant impact of T&D constituents on the perceived performance of junior officers and assistant level employees of the studied bank. Among the four predictors (T&D constituents), the impact of attitude and behavior change was found to be significant whereas that of other three (training content and deliverability, instructional design, and skills, knowledge and ability development of employees) was not significant. What ensues from the data results is that the ADBL management needs to ensure training contents, deliverability and instructional design to enhance competency and productivity of employee. Furthermore, the ADBL management needs to ensure that T&D strategies bring about positive change on attitude and behavior to enhance their HR performance.

Four objectives were developed in order to understand the study aim.This study is based on four case studies of the biggest Telecommunication companies, which currently they are operating in Afghanistan. A quantitative research was implemented which the data are collected through the questionnaires by approaching 18 questions that distributed to 61 respondents with in those four companies employees'. As a result, to findings the resourceful and active Human Resource Managers with respect to the decision makers of the Telecom companies. With respect to Training and development results with optimal utilization of resources in a company or organization. There is no wastage of resources, which may cause extra expenses. Accidents are also reduced during working. All the machines and resources are used economically, reducing expenditure.This case study mainly tangled 4 Telecommunication companies survey (private/Public) sectors, in Afghanistan and the duration of completion of the research was conducted within 6 months period. The questionnaires were distributed to the 61 active employees' of those telecom companies. mostly the respondents of the questionnaire were from HR, Admin, Training Development teams and technical departments, the data was analyzed through AMOS version 20 and Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 20.

The analysis was done by using the “t” test and Anova through SPSS and some of the analysis was done with the help of Excel.

Data were analyzed using SEM techniques, for the purpose of this study to test the theory, the technical analysis carried out was based on SEM (Covariance based SEM), SEM approach using PLS tools. The tool used to carry out the analysis with the PLS approach in this study is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that the variable that has a major influence on Job Performance is Discipline. Meanwhile, the variable that has a low impact on Employee Performance is Satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that Training, Discipline, Motivation, and Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance . This shows that employees who are given an assessment by their superiors make the employee's performance even higher.

Additionally, job enrichment was the main factor and have positive, significant influence to increase academicians' performance in Malaysian Education Industry.other two independent variables also demonstrate significant correlation with dependent variables performance.
