Matériels/Méthodes.147 patients consécutifs d'un service d'urgences d'un hôpital universitaire entre 2015 et 2016 référés pour une douleur thoracique ont été évalués par TRO-CTA. Les patients étaient assignés de manière randomisée à un protocole standard dose à 120 kVp (n=50, 66.6 ± 19.0 ans, 66% homme) ou basse dose à 100 kVp (n=97, 62.8 ± 17.9 ans, 67% homme). Le bruit dans l'image, l'atténuation dans les vaisseaux, les rapports signal-à-bruit et contraste-à-bruit dans 5 vaisseaux thoraciques majeurs ont été mésurés pour une analyse objective et subjective. Les diagnostics et confiance diagnostique ont été évalués par deux radiologues. Résultats.
