Book excerpt: Tasha Bryan is way too young to take on raising her sixteen year old niece, but she’s doing it anyway. With no other family to support her, she’s working long hours and barely scraping by. She doesn’t have time for friends or relationships until she gets back on their feet. For now, all she wants is another job, and a part time gig at a gym fits perfectly with her schedule. Noah Hunter is a perfectionist. Owning and operating a local gym was his dream, and he loves his job but it’s time to bring on some help. There hasn’t been room in his life for a woman, but when he meets Tasha, suddenly his priorities change. She’s the happiest part of his day, and he wants nothing more than to win her over. Tasha has been down this road before—trusting a handsome man and then getting her heart broken. She’s not sure she wants to risk it again. There is too much at stake if she dates her boss. But flirting with him is starting to be the best part of her day. And once some lines are crossed, it’s impossible to go back. This sweet romance novel is the second in the Roca Springs series, a collection of heart-warming, page-turning full-length romances that all feature a strong love story and a happy ending.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: After you read my book, you can see I am an ordinary man. For some reason, God wanted me to live. You can read all the things that happened and didn't happen. They can't be explained away by science, medicine, physics, the law of averages, or luck. There clearly is only one way to explain it: God laid his hand on me and protected me and healed me, and finally I got the message that I should tell the world to open your eyes. He didn't die two thousand years ago, and that's it. The media never dwell on the positive things every day. Just start looking for yourself. He is still here.

When Charlie and Pudge come back after their hockey game, they're devastated to find there has been a fire at the café. Download or read book Health Care 911 written by Fritz Scheffel and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2011-12-20 with total page 129 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The author spent over forty years working in the health care industry, gaining fi rsthand knowledge about the interworkings of the various industries that represent the whole. After graduating from the University of Texas Pharmacy School in 1959, Fritz worked in retail pharmacies for about twenty years and as an owner for fi fteen of those years. During this time, valuable experience was gained while working with doctors, drug-company representatives, nursing homes, health insurance companies, and the consuming publichis customers. After selling his retail pharmacy, more experiences were gained selling pharmacy computer systems to retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and institutional pharmacies. Additional experiences came from working as a business broker listing and selling retail pharmacies. Beginning about 1969, the whole health care industry evolved from a free enterprise environment to one controlled by health insurance companies, drug manufacturers, litigious lawyers, and government-entitlement programs. After many years of witnessing the demise of the health care industry and building frustration over the absence of truth emanating from the talking heads representing all forms of our news media and politicians, he wrote is fi rst book, Health Care: It Can Be Fixed. There is not a more qualifi ed spokesman, nor a better friend, to health care than Fritz. He is no longer active in the industry, so he is absolutely free to speak the truth and help people understand where better health comes from. In addition to writing about health care, he is also a public speaker and a consultant to businesses and corporations.
