Included in this 2nd edition are several more weigh loss and weigh maintaining techniques plus some exciting new motivational tips. If you read my first book, then you'll already know how I originally lost 70 lbs, then regained approximately 20 lbs of "muscle mass". As with any diet, you can go to extremes, and that's what I did initially. (Lost down from to 198 lbs to 128 lbs). Even for my small frame of 5 ft 6 inches, this was a bit much. What I've been able to do since, is develop a steady, consistent method of eating and exercise that has enabled me to maintain my weight, good health, and energy. Now, at almost 68 years of age, I weigh 152 lbs, am on NO medications, jog approximately 10 miles a day, and have developed a routine of good eating habits.I will be the first to admit that my particular way of eating and exercise will not be for everyone, but, you can always modify (and perhaps enhance) my methods. The main thing is to begin and set into motion, a weigh loss/maintenance program that will eventually yield results for you. The key word here is "Eventually". As I stated in my 1st book, "Always remember that nothing truly good comes without effort, and time is going to go by whether you're working on losing weight or learning a skill, or not. You might as well start this thing, then before you know it, month after month will pass by and you'll 'All of a Sudden' realize you've obtained your goal(s)"
