Book How God Healed Me Of Covid 19 How To Build Your Faith

Download or read book How God Healed Me Of Covid 19 How To Build Your Faith written by Walters Gob and published by . This book was released on 2020-08-27 with total page 190 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ more than two thousand years ago accomplished just too much that the human mind cannot fully comprehend. Among other things he paid the full price for our healing, that is why the Bible says, Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. The killing of hundreds of thousands of lives by Covid-19 around the World is a big blow to the price Jesus paid for our sicknesses. Why are many suffering in the hands of untimely death, given that the price for their healing has been paid? The answer is ignorance. Ignorance is a killer at all levels, ranging from ignorant of the vaccine, cure and ignorant of how to build one's faith and how to pray. The Bible confirming this says, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, He says, because you have rejected knowledge, therefore I have rejected you from being a priest before me, Hosea 4:6. God as merciful as He is, as loving as He is, hate ignorance and even rejects his people on the bases of ignorant. Many are ignorant that building your Faith in Healing Scriptures will give you dominion over sicknesses. The Word of the Lord says in Psalms 103:2-3 that the Lord forgives your sins and heals all your diseases. If he says he heals all our sicknesses, it's true, He can't lie. He can Heal all sicknesses, even Coronaviruses. Why are many people dying of Coronaviruses, Cancer and other sicknesses? They have a Faith problem. This book is here to fix your Faith problem. Healing by the power of Faith is not new. It one's was very common and humanity because of the pleasures of sin decided to allow it to slip off. In the days of Alexander Dowie, around the 1870's, a pandemic brook out in Australia that was similar to COVID-19, killing just everyone and had symptoms of fever like Coronavirus. God used him mightily in the Faith ministry to save the lives of thousands from the pandemic. This information can be verified on the internet. This time-sensitive manual is a reawakening for humanity to return to the Faith that was ones delivered to the saints. It's not a type of motivational text written to make a motivate, but to build your faith to combat level so that you can effectively fight, " the good fight of Faith." In my opinion, the Church has failed to take its position as the light and salt of the World, with respect to divine healing. This book is coming out at a critical time like this to build the Faith of many and guide them on how to pray. By reading this book and allocating the required time on prayers, will cause you to emerge as a prayer warrior and a man of Faith. It is designed to take you from zero Faith to Hero Faith. By the time you finish reading this book, the Coronavirus in your body will be finished, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The 1980s and 1990s, the height of the AIDS crisis in the United States, was decades ago now, and many of the stories from this time remain hidden: A Catholic nun from a small Midwestern town packs up her life to move to New York City, where she throws herself into a community under assault from HIV and AIDS. A young priest sees himself in the many gay men dying from AIDS and grapples with how best to respond, eventually coming out as gay and putting his own career on the line. A gay Catholic with HIV loses his partner to AIDS and then flees the church, focusing his energy on his own health rather than fight an institution seemingly rejecting him. Set against the backdrop of the HIV and AIDS epidemic of the late twentieth century and the Catholic Church's crackdown on gay and lesbian activists, journalist Michael O'Loughlin searches out the untold stories of those who didn't look away, who at great personal cost chose compassion--even as he seeks insight for LGBTQ people of faith struggling to find a home in religious communities today. This is one journalist's--gay and Catholic himself--compelling picture of those quiet heroes who responded to human suffering when so much of society--and so much of the church--told them to look away. These pure acts of compassion and mercy offer us hope and inspiration as we continue to confront existential questions about what it means to be Americans, Christians, and human beings responding to those most in need.

Book Becoming Women of the Word

Download or read book Becoming Women of the Word written by Sarah Christmyer and published by Ave Maria Press. This book was released on 2019-08-02 with total page 160 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Winner of a 2020 Catholic Press Association book award (third place, scripture-popular studies). The women God called to bring his chosen people into the world were ordinary women who struggled with emptiness, oppression, infertility, and loss—yet who found strength and hope in God. In her first book, Sarah Christmyer—codeveloper of The Great Adventure Catholic Bible study program—pairs the stories of key Old Testament women with stories of women she has known to show us how we can hear God, say yes to his call, and share him with the world just as they did. Breaking open the scriptures to reveal the historical, cultural, and biblical context in which Old Testament women lived, Sarah Christmyer breathes new life into their stories and makes their lives surprisingly relatable. In the process, she shares stories from her own faith journey and the lives of family and friends to show how the same principles that turned ordinary women into heroines of the faith are true for our lives today. Each chapter of Becoming Women of the Word highlights the spiritual legacy of one or more women in the Old Testament. Their world was vastly different from ours, yet they faced the same questions we do: when we can’t feel God’s presence, where do we find help? When our world is collapsing, where is God? Why should we trust him? How can we trust him? Christmyer simply and clearly draws from the lives of these women important principles that help us to trust—even as we struggle with doubt. For example: Through Eve, we learn to hold on to God’s promise even when we fail. Sarah reminds us to wait on God’s timing to make us fruitful. Miriam, the sister of Moses, shows how to lead by example. Ruth and Esther challenge us to see womanhood as a gift. Hannah and Judith inspire us to trust God even in matters of life and death. These unforgettable portraits create a colorful mosaic of faith, encouraging us to mine God’s Word for spiritual treasure and to pass on the gift.

Book excerpt: We’re all waiting for something. It might be a spouse or a baby. It might be healing or a home. Regardless of what we're waiting for, it’s easy to feel discontent when things aren’t going as planned and our dreams are delayed—especially when questions of “Why?” and “How long?” remain unanswered. God uses seasons of waiting to teach us patience and make us more like himself. But sanctification is not the only purpose God has in mind. When we wait faithfully with unmet longings, we become a powerful picture of the bride of Christ waiting for the day when he returns and God’s kingdom reigns.

Book Keeping A Level Head of Faith In the Midst of a Pandemic

Download or read book Keeping A Level Head of Faith In the Midst of a Pandemic written by Isiah Bennett and published by Fulton Books, Inc.. This book was released on 2022-08-08 with total page 82 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Our character and conduct are what define each of us as human beings as well as believers who have accepted Christ. God has divinely given all of us a measure of faith. How we respond to adversities in life is determined by what level of faith we have attained. During this worldwide pandemic, fear has taken a front seat and left faith in God as a secondary alternative. If there is ever a time to unleash the power of God and his church, it is now. Whatever denomination you may be or even if you have no affiliation with a religious preference, there is still a fabric that binds us together as humans. Originally, God divinely inspired me to teach a systematic Bible study to strengthen believers when COVID-19 first came to our shores. But one day as I was consoling a member that was experiencing a personal pandemic (his wife was contemplating divorce, and his son had recently been murdered, coupled with this worldwide coronavirus pandemic), God instructed me to write this book. I have discovered in my sixteen years of pastoring that God is extravagant but not wasteful. He uses every situation to bring glory to his name. COVID-19 was the catalyst that exposed our true belief and trust in God. This book is divinely designed to help people of all walks of life whether they are struggling with a personal or a worldwide pandemic. This book is scripturally based and inspired by God to be used for Bible or personal studies, as well as casual or avid readers, and most of all, to encourage those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. $14.95
