Appendices include summaries of interview issues & concerns, text of the Criminal Code of Canada section on pari-mutuel betting and of the betting supervision regulations of the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency, text of the British Columbia Horse Racing Act & the Horse Racing Tax Act, copies of by-laws & constitutions of British Columbia horse racing associations, information on survey methodology, copies of the survey instruments, and analysis of the survey results.
