Hemann, and on motion of J 03. E. Egly, Esq:, it was resolved to erect a German Catholic Institute. At the same time a Committee, consisting of a' member of each congrega tion was chosen in order to submit a plan of organization at the next meeting. This Committee called a meeting for the 11th of February in the school-room of St. Mary's Church, when the following recommendation of the Most. Rev.
