Is extremely anxious to make sure that the meeting happens, as all other arrangements [strikeout] are suspended in the mean time.

Knox trusts Price but he does not have authority to sell powder. Asks Wadsworth to look into this further and mentions that he saw an advertisement for the sale of damaged powder at the Brookland [Brooklyn] ferry which might be the powder in question.
