The true red, white, and blue would seep through those who serve as true Lord's watchmen. God is preparing the ministry to be like these godly men and women. I'm telling you, we didn't sure what to do with it at the time, so we placed it on the shelf until December 31st, 2012, when we published a Word of the Lord for 2013. God told us He wanted to hold a Sound the Alarm Conference, and He provided us the dates of February 23rd-25th, 2013. This was predicted, and we are following God's instructions. The meeting took place in the midst of an eight-month Revival at Waves of Revival in Belleville, Illinois. It's important for you to understand that it's not about us; it's about accomplishing what we need to do. This is a critical hour, and we must grasp the concept of a Watchman.
