Book Gluten Free Autoimmune Diet

Download or read book Gluten Free Autoimmune Diet written by Brandon Gilta and published by No Fluff Publishing . This book was released on 2020-07-13 with total page 54 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Food is the only constant thing we introduce in our bodies on a daily basis— giving it the power to influence our normal physiology and biochemistry in a number of ways. While its original purpose was to support the growth and function of the human body, it is now one of the major culprits for chronic diseases. We have undermined what our diet can do to the human body. Allowing ourselves to be unaware of how it can even modify the anatomy of our intestines and brains. We succumb to the aggressive marketing of the food industry, confusing us with a plethora of food choices. With our guards down and without being mindful of what we are absorbing into our system, we are granting it authority over our mental and physical health. Perhaps, by enlightening ourselves with healthier options and intentionally planning our meals, we can be more in control of our health. We can lessen chronic diseases and reduce the need for pharmaceutical drugs. And maybe prevent future pandemics from happening. Although there is no hard evidence (yet) that can claim that GFD promotes nutritional health benefits, there are a number of studies that cannot deny associations between GFD and alleviation of symptoms in autoimmune diseases. Most especially in Celiac Disease, Gluten Ataxia, Dermatitis Herpetiformis, and Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. If you want to take control of your body, and not the other way around, here is a manual to provide you with basic information about autoimmune diseases and how it can be affected by gluten. And hopefully, encourage you to be more intentional with your diet or nutritional biochemistry. What You’ll Discover from this Guide: The hidden dangers of gluten in autoimmune diseases Basic knowledge on autoimmune diseases Reversal of symptoms from GFD Tips on how to practice GFD more effectively Sample GFD for beginners

Download or read book No Grain No Pain written by Peter Osborne and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2016-01-26 with total page 368 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “A must-read book for anyone suffering from chronic pain” (Sara Gottfried, MD), No Grain, No Pain demonstrates the proven link between a gluten-heavy diet and chronic pain and discomfort—and offers a groundbreaking, 30-day, grain-free diet to help you heal yourself from the inside out. More than 100 million Americans suffer from chronic pain, according to an Institute of Medicine report released in 2011. For many, chronic pain is part of an autoimmune disease, but all too often doctors turn to the same solution: painkilling drugs. But all of this medication simply isn’t helping, and as Dr. Peter Osborne, the leading authority on gluten sensitivity and food allergies has found, the real solution often lies in what you eat. In No Grain, No Pain, Dr. Osborne shows how grains wreak havoc on the body by causing tissue inflammation, creating vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and triggering an autoimmune response that causes the body to attack itself. But he also offers practical steps to find relief. Using his drug-free, easy-to-implement plan, you will be able to eliminate all sources of gluten and gluten-like substances, experience significant improvement in fifteen days, and eliminate pain within thirty days. The first book to identify diet—specifically, grain—as a leading cause of chronic suffering, No Grain, No Pain provides you with the knowledge you need to improve your health. Based on extensive research and examples culled from thousands of his satisfied patients, Dr. Osborne recommends changing your diet to achieve the relief that millions of Americans have been seeking once and for all, leading to a healthier, happier life.
