Book excerpt: On the last day of 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) was briefed about a wave of “unknown caused pneumonia” detected in Wuhan City, China. The virus responsible for the epidemic was determined to be a novel coronavirus. On March 11, the coronavirus outbreak has been accepted as a pandemic by the WHO.The COVID-19 pandemic is the greatest global crisis of this century. Its depth and scale are enormous. Aside from the many deaths that have tragically ensued, the pandemic caused a large-scale economic and social shake. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, governments, economies, markets and individuals had to face a global crisis situation. The post-pandemic period can be an opportunity to think about the difference between "how we did" and "how we should do" and to focus on cooperation and also to react internationally to subsequent challenges. This review manuscript raises 9 predictive points of discussion for policymakers as the pandemic subsides, intending to generate debates around the greater post-COVID19 value creation for the public. The Covid-19 pandemic could cause a seismic shock that will permanently change the international systems and balance of power as we go through it.Reviewed works of experts scrutinized to find the mostly predicted topics. It was seen that 9 different topics came to the fore. Table.2 shows the headings in which the opinions of experts or institutions are concentrated in general. 14 of 27 experts' prediction focused on "Impact on Economy". This was followed by "End of Globalization Era" and "Emerging Nationalism" respectively 9 and 8 predictions. Other predictions were "Daily Life Changes", "Criticism on EU", "Prediction on Urban Life Change", "Leadership Problem", "Healthcare measures" and "Sino-American Relations". COVID-19 eroded our traditional systems, but it's also allowed us to develop new and innovative solutions out of necessity. The "new normal" will depend on the governments and their policies to recovering the coronavirus outbreak effects. However, it is worth highlighting that there is no global governance. Moreover, the effect of the pandemic is not the same for all countries. Therefore, the challenge is to predict a new normal of life for a global manner. The new life models for each country will surely be different from 2019, as some behaviours and routines will be changed indefinitely, especially regarding healthcare systems, work-life, trade, and traveling.
