Existe-t-il un modèle de GRH spécifique à l'Amérique latine ? Ce livre, grâce à la contribution de plusieurs professeurs/chercheurs latino-américains, essaie d'y répondre en précisant les éléments empiriques, théoriques et méthodologiques qui caractérisent la gestion des ressources humaines dans quelques pays de cette région. En plus d'apporter un éclairage descriptif ef comparatif, nous croyons que ce livre contribuera également à préciser quelles sont les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines des entreprises qui cherchent à s'établir dans un contexte sociopolitique turbulent, changeant et plein de contrastes.
