Book Quantum Entanglement and Synchronicity Force Fields Non Locality Extrasensory Perception The Astonishing Properties of Quantum Physics

Download or read book Quantum Entanglement and Synchronicity Force Fields Non Locality Extrasensory Perception The Astonishing Properties of Quantum Physics written by George Anderson and published by Bruno Del Medico. This book was released on 2019-05-01 with total page 201 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Pages 244. 55 illustrations Often our daily life is accompanied by extrasensory insights and visions. Our existence is accompanied by episodes of telepathy or other sensations of the soul. These phenomena are not uncommon and affect everyone. Some scholars, with a more open mind, wanted to tackle the topic scientifically. They wondered if there is a way to understand extrasensory experiences without resorting to occultism, mythology or pseudo-religious philosophies. Quantum physics provides positive answers to this question. It is now certain that elementary particles are connected to each other. Quantum entanglement confirms that in the level of elementary particles "everything is one". In this unity we can recognize a mind of the universe. Perhaps Plato's "Anima mundi". Perhaps the collective unconscious of Carl Jung. Perhaps it is the Eastern philosophy of the Tao. Or perhaps a completely new vision of reality, which unifies the material and the psychic. The author, with the clarity of an expert communicator, involves the reader in these themes. riflessione.

Book Particles Fields and Forces

Download or read book Particles Fields and Forces written by Wouter Schmitz and published by Springer. This book was released on 2019-04-23 with total page 321 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: How can fundamental particles exist as waves in the vacuum? How can such waves have particle properties such as inertia? What is behind the notion of “virtual” particles? Why and how do particles exert forces on one another? Not least: What are forces anyway? These are some of the central questions that have intriguing answers in Quantum Field Theory and the Standard Model of Particle Physics. Unfortunately, these theories are highly mathematical, so that most people - even many scientists - are not able to fully grasp their meaning. This book unravels these theories in a conceptual manner, using more than 180 figures and extensive explanations and will provide the nonspecialist with great insights that are not to be found in the popular science literature.

Download or read book Forces and Fields written by Mary B. Hesse and published by Courier Corporation. This book was released on 2005-01-01 with total page 338 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This history of physics focuses on the question, "How do bodies act on one another across space?" The variety of answers illustrates the function of fundamental analogies or models in physics, as well as the role of so-called unobservable entities. Forces and Fields presents an in-depth look at the science of ancient Greece, and it examines the influence of antique philosophy on seventeenth-century thought. Additional topics embrace many elements of modern physics—the empirical basis of quantum mechanics, wave-particle duality and the uncertainty principle, and the action-at-a-distance theory of Wheeler and Feynman. The introductory chapter, in which the philosophical view is developed, can be omitted by readers more interested in history. Author Mary B. Hesse examines the use of analogies in primitive scientific explanation, particularly in the works of Aristotle, and contrasts them with latter-day theories such as those of gravitation and relativity. Hesse incorporates studies of the Pre-Socratics initiated by Francis Cornford and continued by contemporary classical historians. Her perspective sheds considerable light on the scientific thinking of antiquity, and it highlights the debt that the seventeenth-century natural philosophers owed to Greek ideas.

Book Formation And Logic Of Quantum Mechanics The In 3 Vols

Download or read book Formation And Logic Of Quantum Mechanics The In 3 Vols written by Masayuki Nagasaki and published by World Scientific. This book was released on 2001-11-23 with total page 915 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book analyzes the intricate logical process through which the quantum theory was developed, and shows that the quantum mechanics thus established is governed by stereo-structural logic. The method of analysis is based on Mituo Taketani's three-stage theory of scientific cognition, which was presented and developed in close connection with Yukawa's theory of the meson. According to the three-stage theory, scientific cognition proceeds through a series of coiling turns of the phenomenological, substantialistic and essentialistic stages. The old quantum mechanics is shown to be in a substantialistic stage, followed by the quantum mechanics in the corresponding essentialistic stage./a

Book Aspects of a Polarizable and Reactive Force Field Based on Semi classical Electrons

Download or read book Aspects of a Polarizable and Reactive Force Field Based on Semi classical Electrons written by Chen Bai and published by . This book was released on 2018 with total page 99 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Quantum mechanics and molecular mechanics are the dominant methods for describing molecular potential energy surfaces. However, the former suffers from burdensome computational costs while the latter suffers from unrealistic treatment of electrons. Aiming to overcome these issues, we have been developing a subatomistic series of force fields that achieves computational efficiency while taking explicit account of valence electrons (in pairs in the LEWIS force field or singly in the LEWIS• force field). Because the subatomistic particles are all independently mobile, polarizability and reactivity are automatic features of the model.

Book Large Scale Quantum Mechanical Enzymology

Download or read book Large Scale Quantum Mechanical Enzymology written by Greg Lever and published by Springer. This book was released on 2015-06-06 with total page 162 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This work establishes linear-scaling density-functional theory (DFT) as a powerful tool for understanding enzyme catalysis, one that can complement quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) and molecular dynamics simulations. The thesis reviews benchmark studies demonstrating techniques capable of simulating entire enzymes at the ab initio quantum-mechanical level of accuracy. DFT has transformed the physical sciences by allowing researchers to perform parameter-free quantum-mechanical calculations to predict a broad range of physical and chemical properties of materials. In principle, similar methods could be applied to biological problems. However, even the simplest biological systems contain many thousands of atoms and are characterized by extremely complex configuration spaces associated with a vast number of degrees of freedom. The development of linear-scaling density-functional codes makes biological molecules accessible to quantum-mechanical calculation, but has yet to resolve the complexity of the phase space. Furthermore, these calculations on systems containing up to 2,000 atoms can capture contributions to the energy that are not accounted for in QM/MM methods (for which the Nobel prize in Chemistry was awarded in 2013) and the results presented here reveal profound shortcomings in said methods.
