Le présent ouvrage contient les actes de l’après-midi d’étude consacrée à l’actualité en droit des sociétés, tenue à Louvain-la-Neuve, le 5 octobre 2006, à l’initiative de l’Association des Licenciés en Notariat. Chaque contribution, réalisée par un acteur direct et spécialiste de la matière abordée, se veut résolument axée sur la pratique notariale, et est fréquemment agrémentée de modèles d’actes.
