A partir de la aplicación de un test que permite clasificar las respuestas de los profesores en tres teorías implícitas sobre Enseñanza y aprendizaje : Teoría Directa (compatible con una visión Conductista), teoría Interpretativa (compatible con una teoría Cognitiva del Procesamiento de la Información) y teoría Constructivista (compatible con una visión Constructivista), se estudiaron las prácticas de aula de cuatro profesores cuyas teorías implícitas sobre el Aprendizaje y la Enseñanza, resultaron compatibles con una visión Constructivista . El levantamiento de la información se realizó mediante el método de la observación no participante y en el análisis de los datos se utilizó la técnica denominada análisis de contenido. Las prácticas de los profesores se describen a partir de cómo ellos organizan la enseñanza, qué tipo de estrategias didácticas utilizan, qué hacen con los conocimientos previos y cómo trabajan la motivación de los estudiantes. Los resultados indicarían que los cuatro profesores observados muestran un patrón compatible con la teoría Interpretativa; aun cuando en todos los casos hay presencia de lo que hemos denominado mixtura práctica en tanto en las prácticas de todos los profesores se 7 observan trazos de formas de Enseñanza vinculadas con las teorías Directa y Constructivista. Esta investigación espera aportar en la comprensión de cómo se desenvuelven en el aula los profesores con visiones Constructivistas sobre la Enseñanza y el Aprendizaje...

Book excerpt: La investigación realizada corresponde a un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo, fenomenológico sobre los rasgos que poseen los docentes destacados por utilizar una comunicación efectiva dentro del aula. Para ello se seleccionó una muestra intencionada, donde los sujetos deben tener características destacables en cuanto a sus prácticas pedagógicas comunicativas, siendo señalados como comunicadores efectivos por sus jefes UTP, pares y alumnos. Estos fueron tres docentes de colegios de diferentes dependencias: municipal, particular y particular subvencionados, de la ciudad de Los Ángeles. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó la observación no participante de al menos 12 clases realizadas por cada sujeto en estudio, con una pauta de descripción de conductas para tener claridad de aquellas prácticas comunicativas efectivas que realizan. Además se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a los docentes estudiados, su jefe directo y pares, y un Focus Group a los alumnos(as) de cada sujeto. El proceso de análisis de datos se llevó a cabo a través de la Teoría Fundamentada. Como resultado se obtuvo una descripción detallada de aquellas prácticas comunicativas efectivas que realizan docentes destacados en el área de la comunicación en el aula de clases.
