Il entraine aussi chez certains patients un syndrome de stress post traumatique. Ces différents éléments sont à prendre en compte lors de la prise en charge d'un patient pour s'adapter à ce nouveau mode de vie. Un accompagnement spécifique est nécessaire. Pour améliorer la prise en charge des patients, des entretiens pharmaceutiques post Syndrome coronarien Aigu ont été créés dans le but d'améliorer l'adhésion thérapeutique sans pour autant la mesurer. Le traitement BASIC est un traitement de prévention secondaire. Associé à la prise en charge des facteurs de risque, le risque de récidive est diminué. La complexité de ces entretiens est de faire prendre conscience au patient du réel bénéfice de changer son mode de vie tout en prenant ses médicaments. Dans cette étude, ces entretiens ont été optimisés à l'aide de questionnaires menés auprès des professionnels de santé (pharmaciens d'officine et cardiologues) et les plaquettes distribuées aux patients modifiées et validées par l'équipe cardiologique. Par ailleurs, cette étude a permis de développer un lien ville-hôpital et d'améliorer la communication entre la pharmacie et les services de cardiologie. Le lien ville-hôpital permet d'échanger avec les pharmaciens de ville sur la santé du patient. De plus, des solutions ont été trouvées pour les patients ne bénéficiant pas d'entretien pharmaceutique hospitalier. Les plaquettes informatives sont distribuées au patient ainsi que la proposition de programmation d'un entretien pharmaceutique à distance de l'évènement coronarien.
