Download or read book Entrenamiento de la potencia aplicado a los deportes written by Tudor O. Bompa and published by INDE. This book was released on 2004 with total page 160 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Download or read book World Book of Swimming written by Ludovic Seifert and published by Nova Novinka. This book was released on 2011 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Before 1970, scientific research in swimming was poor and anecdotal, and the improvements of performance were linked firstly to the swimmer's experience and, secondly, as a result of permanent research for speed. This book reviews research on the body of knowledge available for the improvement of sports coaching and training practice in swimming, which seems to be relevant, numerous, and diversified enough to help swimming coaches bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Book Fundamentos del entrenamiento de la fuerza

Download or read book Fundamentos del entrenamiento de la fuerza written by Juan José González Badillo and published by INDE. This book was released on 2002 with total page 334 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
