El juego socio dramático y la dramatización aportan grandes beneficios a la educación de los alumnos de Educación Infantil. En este aspecto destaca la expresión corporal, oral y verbal, la regulación y conciencia emocional y aspectos de la valoración ajustada y positiva de los propios alumnos: auto concepto y autoestima; conceptos que se relacionan además con las neuronas espejo y su desarrollo a través del teatro. La adquisición de habilidades pro sociales también adquiere un espacio importante a lo largo de este desarrollo. Las competencias emocionales se trabajan a partir de una serie de actividades con un componente lúdico y significativo, en las que, a partir de realidades cercanas a los alumnos, se adquieren aprendizajes vivenciales que desarrollan la Educación Emocional y fomentan el aprendizaje social. En estas líneas, el teatro se considera una herramienta pedagógica muy potente y significativa que ayuda a incorporar los contenidos de la Inteligencia Emocional de una manera lúdica, innovadora e interdisciplinar.

Por lo que se plantea, como objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Ciclo, el diseño de un Proyecto Educativo para el desarrollo de las emociones a través de la inteligencia emocional y los cuentos infantiles en un curso que se aplicará al tercer año de Educación Infantil, concretamente en la etapa educativa de 5 a 6 años. La literatura infantil, en este caso el cuento, permite el desarrollo de la creatividad de los lectores. Además, trae consigo una carga de sentimientos y emociones en cada una de las historias que allí son narradas, por este motivo, el proyecto propuesto pretende en un periodo de 4 semanas, a través de actividades creativas, activas e innovadoras, generar en el niño el conocimiento, y regulación de sus propias emociones y de otras personas. Es importante tener en cuenta, que las emociones no se desarrollan en un momento, es un proceso que acompaña al individuo durante toda su vida, por lo que experiencias como éstas que se proponen, deben ser recurrentes a lo largo de las diferentes etapas educativas.

Además, dada la importancia que actualmente tienen los recursos tecnológicos tanto en el ámbito educativo como en la vida en general, se han utilizado dichos recursos para trabajar el desarrollo de la inteligencia socioemocional. Por tanto, en el presente trabajo se lleva a cabo tanto una revisión de los conceptos; Trastorno del Espectro del Autismo, Inteligencia Socioemocional y Recursos Tecnológicos, como una propuesta de intervención compuesta por diferentes sesiones de trabajo con ejemplos de materiales y recursos a utilizar.

Este libro puede resultar de gran utilidad en las escuelas, ya que requiere de muy pocos recursos materiales para llevar a la práctica un ejemplo similar al que se expone, lo que supone también un gasto económico mínimo. A su vez destaca porque puede ser adaptado a otras etapas educativas adecuando únicamente los objetivos al nivel académico o madurativo de los alumnos. Merece la pena invertir tiempo en educar emocionalmente a las generaciones futuras y hacer que esta educación resulte atractiva y motivadora para los alumnos. La gamificación y el Breakout son herramientas cada vez más utilizadas en las aulas y se han abierto camino para quedarse y seguir avanzando junto a las nuevas tecnologías.
