Dada la importancia cada vez mayor que tienen los diseños industriales para los empresarios y para los consumidores, presenta interés analizar en detalle cuales son las implicaciones practicas y teóricas que supone la acumulación de diferentes tipos de derechos sobre el mismo bien intangible que es el diseño industrial.
