Debe destacarse, singularmente, que, con la salvedad de los Capítulos dedicados al arbitraje en Argentina y EE.UU. -realizados por profesores españoles-, el resto de los Capítulos destinados a la exposición de los arbitrajes en Iberoamérica y Europa han sido realizados por destacados juristas y árbitros nacionales de los países respectivos.
