The second day of the conference will start with an address by Jorge Prado, from the Galician Regional Government, Spain discussing "Deployment of eHealth in a Healthcare Service." With an initial submission of 90 abstracts, after the double blind, peer review process there are 32 Academic research papers, 2 PhD research papers, 3 work-in-progress papers and 2 Non-academic papers published in these Conference Proceedings.
