His recipes which he has devoted many hours to perfecting are characterised by useful Technical Tips and Personal Ploys, gems which few cooks are prepared to part with, jealously guarding their secrets - but not so with Brian who willingly shares his wealth of experience with devotees of his favourite past time. The recipes in this book are some of his favourites and the result of his love and passion for food and enjoyable eating.

Confronting Commercial Sexual Exploitation and Sex Trafficking of Minors in the United States examines commercial sexual exploitation and sex trafficking of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents of the United States under age 18. According to this report, efforts to prevent, identify, and respond to these crimes require better collaborative approaches that build upon the capabilities of people and entities from a range of sectors. In addition, such efforts need to confront demand and the individuals who commit and benefit from these crimes.
