The essence is to have Drones capable of ubiquitous response in real time and in motion in any kind of scenario. The device operator can also connect other hardware to their Drone to capture data during flights and store it in the centralized cloud (data warehouse) for analytical processing. They can also process the same data on any mobile device chosen by the user. A fleet of Drones can also be managed by certain apps which help in a number of ways. The intent here is not reinventing the ground control situation, but to evolve it to an open architecture so drone owners can reuse the software. Android are associated with several suite of proprietary software developed by Google known as Google Mobile Services(GMS), that frequently comes preinstalled on all the android devices. Prominent among such software include device Core apps such as Gmail, the application store, Digital distribution platform Google Play and associated Google Play Services development platform, and usually includes the Google Chrome web browser and Google Search app, (Khanna & Singh, 2016). Software and application developers have consolidated on the use of Android technology and innovation to launch into the deep to develop Mobile Apps, which are distributed through App Stores, predominately Google Play. On the account of being developed and managed as Google product, Android users are given the opportunity to link their mobile device to other Google products, such as Cloud Storage, Email Platforms, and Video Services, (Gawer & Cusumano, 2014). In Modelling the society into its components and functional economic units, the economists should give adequate attention to the newest and fundamental drift, which is the emergence of Software as Products and as Services (SaaS), Infrastructures as Services (IaaS), Platforms as Infrastructures and as Services (PaaS) and the economic impact it has on the whole States economy and to overall national development. In the recent time, the culture of the work space, economy, wealth generation, Knowledge and Information creation and distribution has significantly changed due to increasingly knowledge of ICT tools, Software Service and Software Engineering Development Paradigm. The convergence of IT (information technology) and OT (operational technology) makes security and privacy by default a new important element where security is addressed at the architecture level, across applications and domains, using multi-layered distributed security measures. Blockchain is transforming industry operating models by adding trust to untrusted environments, providing distributed security mechanisms and transparent access to the information in the chain. Digital technology platforms are evolving, with IoT platforms integrating complex information systems, customer experience, analytics and intelligence to enable new capabilities and business models for digital business.

The document presents a summary version of the 171 eligible submissions of good practices and innovative solutions advancing the digital transformation of agriculture in Europe and Central Asia. This call complements the joint FAO-ITU review on the Status of Digital Agriculture in 18 countries of Europe and Central Asia (ITU-FAO, 2020)1 and provides evidence on how Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) play an emerging role in the agriculture landscapes of the regions, acting as an engine for agricultural development. However, the adoption of digital technologies in agriculture differs from country to country, and from region to region. The review in the 18 countries highlighted that smallholder farmers have yet to experience the widespread benefits of this digital transformation, and they are lagging behind when it comes to the adoption of digital agriculture solutions and innovations due to lack of trust in the potential of ICTs, limited digital skills, connectivity issues and restricted availability of ICT-based solutions to utilize and scale up. Realizing the full potential of digital agriculture transformation requires identifying, sharing and implementing best practices and proven solutions across countries, involving all actors in participatory processes.
