Les travaux engagés sur la partie relative aux droits des personnes et de la famille ont abouti à la promulgation en 1987 du Code de la famille. Mais ce nouveau code congolais a aujourd'hui vieilli : la présente étude propose plusieurs pistes de rénovation.
