The demand and price forecasts for petroleum, electricity, coal, and natural gas are described in the second chapter of this report, followed by a section describing the integrating model. This report has been written to comply with the requirements specified in ETA Order EI 5910-.3B, "Guidelines and Procedures for Model Documentation," effective October 1, 1985. The requirement for a corresponding model archival package is met by the creation of the CN6777.PRJ.STIkb190 archive tape, which contains all the files needed to replicate the forecasts published in the January 1990 Outlook. Instructions for loading and executing these files are contained in the last file (38) on the archive tape,CN6777.PRJ.STIFS190iNSTALL.MANUAL.
