Not only do I not want to exercise, I don't have time for it; so I had to find an easy way to stay fit without the rigorous work-outs. Veggies and fruits are natural, easy to cook, inexpensive and good for me. Having a produce bulk diet eliminates the need to exercise profusely, monitor/count calories or keep up with how, when, where and why I had anything to eat.
