Chip Ingram sets aside the hype and myths and digs into the Scriptures to discover what God actually wants us to know about the hereafter. Most importantly, Ingram shows why our understanding of heaven matters now, in this life. Because what we believe about heaven actually affects us today in ways we may not have imagined.

Offering a launching pad for you to burst into the realm of creative expression—that fun, fantasy world where the Creator is waiting to welcome you. Creativity is tied to all believers’ identity, all who are made in the image of the Creator, all who are born to create! Overflowing with many thrilling, modern-day testimonies, Born to Create emphasizes the magnitude of both craft—practice and excellence—as well as anointing. Many who have been freed to embrace their creative ideas and passions, whether in the art fields, business, or education, share their amazing stories with you. Their freedom allowed them to powerfully release healing, the prophetic, and the knowledge of God’s love into the marketplace. Live creatively, friends. If someone falls into sin, forgivingly restore him, saving your critical comments for yourself. You might be needing forgiveness before the day’s out. Stoop down and reach out to those who are oppressed. Share their burdens, and so complete Christ’s law… (Galatians 6:1 The Message). You will learn how the supernatural can be activated through what you create, and you will explore hindrances from understanding your creative destiny—your true identity.

  • ISBN : 1637455240
  • Pages : 240 pages

Download or read book Age of Joy written by Yaseva and published by Notion Press. This book was released on 2021-02-05 with total page 240 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Have you at some time or the other, wondered whether it is ever possible for human civilization to move away from its present inconsistent and jarring ways? Whether the deep-down-desires of human beings will ever get met in a widespread way? If the anxiety, uncertainty and confusion that seem to be the norm of these times, get replaced with rampant and pervasive peace, happiness and joy? Many feel that the world is progressing, especially with the advancement in technology and communication. But in reality, if one looks closely, it is debatable whether humanity is moving up or sliding down. The global pandemic, violent territorial disputes between nations, religious chauvinism, intolerance, extreme poverty, violence against women and children, trafficking, discrimination and so on are certainly not manifestations of human civilization progressing, it’s more like degeneration. The Climate Emergency we are living in is pushing the planet towards extinction. The unscrupulous pharmaceutical industry is exploiting the health system for financial gains. The humongous war and armament industry drives the economy of developed nations and subversively fuels conflicts and jingoism among neighboring nations to keep their market flourishing. The insatiable greed of corporate tycoons for endless growth and wealth-garnering has no consideration for the livelihood of the vulnerable, causing chronic inequity. The mindless destruction and pollution of the planet’s primary resources, namely air, water and earth, to boost GDP, carries on merrily. All these are categorized as aspects of ‘un-workability’ and left to persist as situations that we are expected to live with. Pursuit of Joy is the panacea for all social anomalies and will usher human civilization into the Age of Joy.

Book Heaven on Earth

Download or read book Heaven on Earth written by Sharifa Oppenheimer and published by SteinerBooks. This book was released on 2006-08 with total page 355 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: 6 lectures and an essay, 1919-1920 (CW 297) World War I destroyed the structures, values, and self-confidence that created the seeming greatness of the nineteenth century. In its place stood ruins and the shards of a civilization. In response to this, Emil Molt--the director of the Waldorf-Astoria Cigarette Factory and a student of Rudolf Steiner--decided to establish a school to educate people who could create a new culture. Thus, the Waldorf school movement was begun. Rudolf Steiner agreed to act as the school's consultant, and his insights guided the school in accomplishing this ambitious task. The goal of this education was that, through living inner work guided by the insights of Rudolf Steiner, the teachers would develop in the children such power of thought, depth of feeling, and strength of will that they would emerge from their school years as full members of the human community, able to meet and transform the world. These lectures occurred around the opening of the first Waldorf school. They serve as an excellent, inspiring introduction to Waldorf education as a whole. Here Steiner outlines--with freshness, immediacy, and excitement--the goals and intentions of a new form of education and speaks to parents of prospective students. He explains the school's guiding principles and describes how parents must participate, with understanding and interest, in the awakening of their children's creative forces so that a healthier society can come about.
