Book Mod lisation et analyse de syst mes embarqu s

Download or read book Mod lisation et analyse de syst mes embarqu s written by KORDON Fabrice and published by Lavoisier. This book was released on 2013-04-01 with total page 322 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Design Theory

Download or read book Design Theory written by Pascal Le Masson and published by Springer. This book was released on 2017-04-06 with total page 390 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This textbook presents the core of recent advances in design theory and its implications for design methods and design organization. Providing a unified perspective on different design methods and approaches, from the most classic (systematic design) to the most advanced (C-K theory), it offers a unique and integrated presentation of traditional and contemporary theories in the field. Examining the principles of each theory, this guide utilizes numerous real life industrial applications, with clear links to engineering design, industrial design, management, economics, psychology and creativity. Containing a section of exams with detailed answers, it is useful for courses in design theory, engineering design and advanced innovation management. "Students and professors, practitioners and researchers in diverse disciplines, interested in design, will find in this book a rich and vital source for studying fundamental design methods and tools as well as the most advanced design theories that work in practice". Professor Yoram Reich, Tel Aviv University, Editor-in-Chief, Research In Engineering Design. "Twenty years of research in design theory and engineering have shown that training in creative design is indeed possible and offers remarkably operational methods - this book is indispensable for all leaders and practitioners who wish to strengthen theinnovation capacity of their company." Pascal Daloz, Executive Vice President, Dassault Systèmes

Book Innovations Durables Appropriate Sustainabilities

Download or read book Innovations Durables Appropriate Sustainabilities written by Marc Emery and published by Birkhäuser. This book was released on 2002-10-25 with total page 152 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Whilst France's contemporary architecture is highly regarded throughout the world, her architects have hardly been leading protagonists in the debate on ecological building. The developments featured in this book, however, should serve to correct this impression. Between 1999- 2002 Electricité de France (EDF) initiated an ambitious research programme to bring together first-class architects and innovative technologies involving renewable energy, strategies to reduce energy consumption, newly developed software programs to support ecologically oriented architectural design etc. The goal was to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing architecture. This book documents the submissions from both established and younger architects. Amongst those included are Jacques Ferrier, Christian Hauvette, Marc Mimram and François Roche.

Book RCR Arquitectes at Centre Pompidou

Download or read book RCR Arquitectes at Centre Pompidou written by Rafael Aranda and published by Actar D, Inc.. This book was released on 2021-06-21 with total page 128 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Seven projects by RCR arquitectes, 2017 Pritzker Prize winner, which are seven folded posters inside a folder with a textbook. A container of images, architecture, and poetry that are the reflection of a presentation at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. There is no doubt that the buildings produced by RCR Arquitectes encourage experience: to cross, to land, to take the time, to observe, to feel. Everyone at their own pace and according to their abilities, keep awake. The architecture of RCR Arquitectes prepares us for an encounter with people, with nature, light, history, hidden geometries, the flow of time, the space that surrounds us. Ultimately it is about preparing ourselves to listen. Recently RCR has created an open architecture laboratory "La Vila" to help universities around the world with creative research and transversality. The book includes a folder with 7 posters and a textbook with 64 pages Bilingual edition in English & French

Book Habitat Marocain Documents

Download or read book Habitat Marocain Documents written by Sascha Roesler and published by Park Publishing (WI). This book was released on 2015 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The "Habitat Marocain" housing project was built in Casablanca between 1954-56 by two Swiss architects, Jean Hentsch (1921-84) and André Studer (1926-2007). The complex was part of the reconstruction and expansion scheme for the city under the French colonial administration in Morocco after World War II and meant to house local inhabitants rather than European expatriates. This lead to a culturally specific architectural approach. "Habitat Marocain" is a prime example for the interplay between formal and informal building. This book investigates the contradictions between the architects' cultural assumptions and the actual way of life of inhabitants. It documents the ethnographic influence on the design for the entire dwelling and shows the various transformations to the buildings later made by the residents. The rich material presented, including many photographs by architect André Studer, plans and other documents, illustrates the complex relations between ethnographic imagination, design synthesis and the increasingly informal further development once construction was completed. Habitat Marocain Documents tells the project's entire history from early planning stage to first occupancy and beyond. The book reveals a complex process of research, design, construction, and inhabitation that continues until the present day.

Book Outils de mise en uvre industrielle des techniques formelles

Download or read book Outils de mise en uvre industrielle des techniques formelles written by BOULANGER Jean-Louis and published by Lavoisier. This book was released on 2012-04-16 with total page 402 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

In the field of housing, this publication identifies the recurrent properties of 'sustainable space’ and the variety of the socio-cultural practices that can embody them. Its purpose is to comprehend how the concept of sustainability is reflected in housing spaces as well as to analyse how inhabitants put those spaces to the test.
