Book Dynamic Response of High frequency Pressure Transducers to Large Amplitude Sinusoidal Pressure Oscillations

Download or read book Dynamic Response of High frequency Pressure Transducers to Large Amplitude Sinusoidal Pressure Oscillations written by Richard E. Robinson and published by . This book was released on 1972 with total page 44 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Dynamic response characteristics of six currently used dynamic pressure transducers were investigated by using a large-amplitude sinusoidal-pressure generator. Frequencies between 1 and 15 kilohertz with corresponding peak-to-peak pressure-oscillation amplitudes ranging between 73 and 8 percent of bias pressure and bias pressures between 15 and 300 psia were utilized. Amplitude-ratio data as functions of frequency and pressure level are given for all transducers. The generator design and performance and associated instrumentation are described.

Download or read book Life Cycling Test on Several Strain Gage Pressure Transducers written by Paul S. Lederer and published by . This book was released on 1967 with total page 28 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The paper reports the effects of many thousands of pressure cycles on the performance characteristics of several types of strain gage pressure transducers. The results obtained indicate permanent changes in zero pressure output and sensitivity. Most of these changes tend to occur during the first few thousands of cycles. The equipment and procedures used to obtain the data are described.(Author).
