Il volume, in questa terza edizione, raccoglie l’intero testo del c.d. “Codice dell’ambiente” (D.Lgs. 152/2006), con tutte le modifiche intervenute sino al 10 gennaio 2024. L’opera, con la prefazione di Massimiliano Atelli e il contributo di Jacopo Giliberto, riporta anche tutti i 64 allegati tecnici, indispensabili nell’applicazione delle varie discipline ambientali di settore.
