Knight*** "The Angel Chronicles is magic. It is a small book of big believing...it can change your life." Micheline Renauld*** The Angel Chronicles Books I-VThe Guardian Angels by the Angel Auberon *** Auberon ́s Words of Introduction At the very beginning God asked the Angel Auberon, the most noble of the Principalities, to chronicle the events of all time. Auberon did as he was asked. In the year 2001 Auberon requested permission to come to Earth to tell his story. Auberon came to us at The White Notebook (R) Library, entrusting us with the story he wished to give to those who lived on Earth. The story he left behind is one of love and of angel beneficence. It is entitled The Angel Chronicles. In his book, Auberon describes how the world was created, how human life on Earth began and how the angels forever found ways to make a meaningful contribution to human beings. We at The White Notebook felt that Auberon left us with not only his words but with a greater respect for our potential as human beings, with intelligent optimism and, for many of us, a return to hopefulness. *** We have listed for you below the Table of Contents and synopsis related to Book I. In it would be a planet called Earth. God sent the angels out from their home in the beyondness for He had decided that the Earth would be sung into existence by them. The angels set to begin their work. Their finely feathered wings carried them in flight until they reached the center of the vast space of time. There they stopped. They breathed their beautiful breaths as they looked about and considered what they were to accomplish. The angels first sang into existence the planets and stars and the sun and the moon. They next sang their angel music until the Earth was made. All things upon the Earth the angels next sang into being, the mountains and rivers, and also the variety of creatures God wished to inhabit the Earth. In this way the entire physical world emanated from purely spiritual beings: God and His angel emissaries. The angels thought they might rest. But Michael the Archangel came to them in a dream to remind them that they were also to sing into life the most wondrous of all creatures, the human beings. The angels were astonished. Nonetheless, they sang the most beautiful of alleluias and human beings were brought into existence. When the angels saw the first human beings walk about the Earth, they fell in love. It was inevitable that the angels would fall in l

The miraculous touch of God’s word flows out, making everything we see come into existence. It is now that the Creator starts the cosmic clock of time. Witness the creation of the most beautiful and enticing of all angels called MERIBEL (Satan) as it transforms into a false jealous god, attempting to create a “perfect” universe of its own. See angels fall and join in that false teaching, following their powerfully built and beautiful master. Your guide Wisdom reveals evil entering the world of humans, wreaking havoc along mankind’s history with stories of Adam and Eve, Noah, Jesus, Joan of Arc, and the US Civil War—eventually up to the present day. The fallen angels called Mites then prepare for what they think will be an eternity of keeping humans from knowing the truth about their Creator. After being indoctrinated and assigned to an area of planet Earth known as the Bible Belt, two little Mites attempt to destroy the faith of humans they contact. News reaches the duo of a galaxy-wide symposium by their dark leadership. They become concerned not having reached their assigned misguidance quota preventing humans converting to the truth by accepting the God of the universe. Our two Mites are fearful of the consequences of this meeting. Their trip to this conference proves most eventful when MERIBEL himself shows up.

In Primordial Genesis, God takes on the most powerful god of ancient times...His grandmother/mother. Armed with the auras of all the other gods, who were unable to defeat her, as well as the four (North, South, East and West) winds, gifts from His uncle, and with the seven powerful winds He created (the atrocious wind, cyclone, hurricane, fourfold, sevenfold, whirlwind and tornado), He makes His way to battle her. With a charming smile, God defeats her and destroys the head of her army. This act guaranteed that He would become the Most High and most powerful God. After this act of war, He is celebrated and when the celebration is over He creates! After six days of creation and saying it is good, He rests on the seventh day and says it is very good! God, then brings Adam into His personal garden in Eden and has him work the garden. Adam becomes the world's very first gardener! As Adam is working, God saw that it was not good for Adam to be alone, so He caused a deep sleep to come over him and He created Eve. With only one command, "You can eat of every tree EXCEPT the "Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil" Adam and Eve were bound to this command if they were to stay in God's garden. Armed with Free Will they had multiple trees in the garden that they could choose to eat from including the "Tree of Life" ...then temptation slithered in with thoughts and ideas that they could have it all and still live their best lives... You think you know their story...but do you?

Book Enoch from Antiquity to the Middle Ages Volume I

Download or read book Enoch from Antiquity to the Middle Ages Volume I written by John Reeves and published by Oxford University Press. This book was released on 2018-02-02 with total page 432 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Across the ancient and medieval literature of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, one finds references to the antediluvian sage Enoch. Both the Book of the Watchers and the Astronomical Book were long known from their Ethiopic versions, which are preserved as part of Mashafa Henok Nabiy ('Book of Enoch the Prophet')—an Enochic compendium known in the West as 1 Enoch. Since the discovery of Aramaic fragments among the Dead Sea Scrolls, these books have attracted renewed attention as important sources for ancient Judaism. Among the results has been the recognition of the surprisingly long and varied tradition surrounding Enoch. Within 1 Enoch alone, for instance, we find evidence for intensive literary creativity. This volume provides a comprehensive set of core references for easy and accessible consultation. It shows that the rich afterlives of Enochic texts and traditions can be studied more thoroughly by scholars of Second Temple Judaism and early Christianity as well as by scholars of late antique and medieval religions. Specialists in the Second Temple period-the era in which Enochic literature first appears-will be able to trace (or discount) the survival of Enochic motifs and mythemes within Jewish literary circles from late antiquity into the Middle Ages, thereby shedding light on the trajectories of Jewish apocalypticism and its possible intersections with Jewish mysticism. Students of Near Eastern esotericism and Hellenistic philosophies will have further data for exploring the origins of 'gnosticism' and its possible impact upon sectarian currents in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Those interested in the intellectual symbiosis among Jews, Christians, and Muslims in the Middle Ages-and especially in the transmission of the ancient sciences associated with Hermeticism (e.g., astrology, theurgy, divinatory techniques, alchemy, angelology, demonology)-will be able to view a chain of tradition reconstructed in its entirety for the first time in textual form. In the process, we hope to provide historians of religion with a new tool for assessing the intertextual relationships between different religious corpora and for understanding the intertwined histories of the major religious communities of the ancient and medieval Near East.

Also similar to Crichton, Godawa has sought to provide the scholarly research that undergirds the fictional adventure. Noah Primeval has an additional 100 pages of special appendixes that provide an explanation of Biblical concepts in the novel such as the Sons of God, the Nephilim, Leviathan, and the ancient Mesopotamian Cosmography in the Bible.Noah Primeval is written in the spirit of The Chronicles of Narnia and The Lord of the Rings, blending fantasy and mythopoeia with history to retell the Biblical narrative with a fresh perspective, while staying true to the original spirit of the story.
